About the team
Zillow's Agent Sales organization empowers real estate professionals with the solutions and technology they need to succeed. The Revenue Strategy and Operations team is our internal strategy house, architecting business models that deliver value to agents while building sustainable revenue for Zillow. We do this through best-in-class reporting, analytics, and insight, from executive dashboards to frontline tooling, that drive strategy and execution across Agent Software & Advertising and Preferred.About the role
Zillow is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Intelligence and Analytics reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy and Intelligence to build and lead the team behind the insights that drive Executive and GTM Leadership's most important decisions. This role owns the analytical standard for GTM organization’s health and value, including our L1 to L4 metrics, giving leadership a clear, trustworthy view into performance across Agent Software & Advertising.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategic and analytical direction for BI across the org while hiring, developing, and leading the team that brings it to life, partnering closely with Sales, Success, Product Analytics, and GTM leaders as their primary analytical thought partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Own GTM strategy analytics end-to-end, spanning pre-sales pipeline and funnel performance through post-sales customer health and retention, so the business operates from one consistent analytical view rather than disconnected pre- and post-sales pictures
Build, lead, and grow a team of BI professionals: hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and career development, while establishing an operating model built on rigor and consistency, not just output volume
Set the analytical standard for how the organization approaches performance measurement, insisting on frameworks and dashboards that are clear and immediately consumable rather than exhaustive for its own sake
Own the executive-facing analytics and visualization strategy for GTM health and value, including L1/L4 metrics, ensuring every metric earns its place by tying directly to a decision leadership actually needs to make
Act as the primary analytical thought partner to Sales, Success, Data Science, Systems and GTM leaders, pressure-testing requests to get at the real question before the team builds anything
Represent BI in cross-functional strategic planning, keeping the team's focus on what materially moves the business rather than reacting to every incoming ask
Partner closely with Data Science and Systems teams to ensure the underlying data is accurate and well-structured, so the customer and product insights built on top of it can be trusted
Own the team's operational rigor: prioritization, quality control, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting, with a consistent, high bar for what "done well" looks like
Who you are
10+ years of business analysis or BI experience, including building decision-making and financial models
2+ years directly managing, developing, and growing a team of analytics or BI professionals
Expert-level SQL, Raplit, Tableau (or equivalent) experience, with a track record of turning complex datasets into executive-ready insight
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
A proven people leader who hires, coaches, and retains strong talent while setting clear goals and operating rhythm
A strategic thinker with a track record of shaping business decisions through data, not just reporting on it
You communicate with executive-grade clarity, synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations that move senior audiences to action, while keeping every message clear and concise
A creative problem-solver who brings resourceful, non-obvious approaches to ambiguous challenges rather than defaulting to established playbooks
Skilled at driving clarity across teams, aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders around a shared understanding of the problem and the path forward
Comfortable defining the right questions in ambiguity, rather than waiting to be asked
Experience partnering across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Operations to translate data into business impact
