About the team
Zillow Rentals is building a vertically integrated marketplace that connects renters with property owners and managers, making it easier to move from one home to the next. The Ad Products team creates advertising solutions for property management partners across the Zillow Rentals Network, helping them reach renters and fill vacancies. This team plays an important role in a high-growth area for Zillow Rentals and has the opportunity to shape partner and customer experiences at scale.About the role
As Sr. Program Manager for ZRAM, you will help shape and improve the experience Zillow provides to multifamily advertising partners. You will work across product, business strategy, and sales to lead programs that increase adoption and engagement with Zillow Rental Ad Manager. In this role, you will help partners use performance insights, complete transactions, manage listing data and media, and support invoicing workflows. You will build clear program processes, decision-making cadences, and operating mechanisms that reduce risk, improve alignment, and keep work moving. This role requires systems thinking, strong communication, and the ability to influence across teams.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City, as we recommend attendance at occasional office events.In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Who you are
5+ years of experience in program management, product strategy, strategy and operations, or similar roles in technology, consulting, or other complex business environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience defining metrics, synthesizing data, and turning insights into recommendations.
Experience designing and evaluating pilots, experiments, or new processes that drive growth or product adoption.
Strong strategic judgment with the ability to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
Proven ability to collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and analytics teams and influence without direct authority.
Able to thrive in ambiguity, drive clarity, and lead complex programs from concept through launch.
