Technology and data power every aspect of how Zillow Group operates. The FinTech Product Management team is at the heart of this transformation, partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Tax (FLAT) to deliver innovative solutions. Our work ranges from building AI-powered platforms to integrating best-in-class SaaS products, helping Zillow scale efficiently, reduce risk, and modernize legacy systems through cutting-edge product development.About the role
As a strategic and execution-focused FinTech Product Leader, you will drive the vision and roadmap for finance systems at Zillow. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate across teams to deliver intelligent, automated solutions that empower shared services to operate at scale. Your work will anticipate and solve complex challenges for our Finance, Legal, Accounting, Billing, and Tax partners, enabling the business with scalable, intelligent solutions before they become roadblocks. You will play a key role in unifying our systems landscape, simplifying technology, and accelerating the launch of new product offerings with full financial automation.
You Will Get To
Develop and own the FinTech vision and roadmap for your area of responsibility
Define and execute product strategies that automate, enhance, and scale financial and compliance workflows
Champion AI-driven and automated solutions to reduce manual processes, minimize errors, and accelerate month-end close activities
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with engineering and data science teams
Drive vendor evaluations and manage SaaS integrations (e.g., Workday Finance, tax platforms, compliance tools)
Establish KPIs and success metrics aligned with customer goals
Partner with cross-functional leaders to build intelligent billing, revenue recognition, journal entry automation, and compliance solutions that enable speed to market
Lead discovery and alignment efforts for high-impact initiatives involving data, legal, risk, and finance stakeholders
Who you are
8+ years as a product manager in an Agile environment, with experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and FinTech product management
Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, billing, procurement, and payments, and how technology can transform these functions
Proven ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional stakeholder groups and think in systems
Experience with SaaS tools, custom-built platforms, and AI/ML models
Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Experience with Workday Finance, Avalara, and/or Zuora Billing & Revenue is a plus, but not required
Experience leading AI-powered or data-driven product development from ideation to launch is a plus, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives
