As a Recruiter , you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, primarily within Engineering. You will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to source, assess, and hire top talent. This role blends hands-on sourcing, recruiting execution, and stakeholder partnership, with opportunities to grow strategic influence over time.
You Will Get To
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide ongoing market and pipeline insights.
Build and engage diverse technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate outreach.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding candidates through interviews, communicating clearly and consistently, and supporting offer discussions through acceptance.
Use recruiting data and funnel insights to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive better hiring outcomes over time.

Who you are
3+ years of Full-cycle technical recruiting experience supporting engineering.
Strong sourcing expertise building diverse pipelines through multi-channel and platform outreach.
Proficiency with recruiting systems and tools such as Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong data hygiene and consistent process execution.
Data-driven partner to hiring managers who defines role requirements, shapes recruiting strategy, and uses funnel insights to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Working knowledge of engineering roles and profiles including core technical skill sets to conduct effective screens and partner with interviewers.
Exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience delivered through timely communication, clear expectations, and high-touch engagement.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with strong prioritization and organization skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively support candidates and stakeholders.
