About the team
The Source Acquisition Coordinator is part of the Public Data Operations team, which is responsible for delivering reliable and timely real estate public records data. This data supports Zillow’s platforms and analytical tools by providing accurate and comprehensive property information. The team collaborates across multiple functions to ensure data quality and availability.About the role
The Source Acquisition Coordinator manages the initial stages of Public Data Operations. This role is responsible for sourcing real estate public record data, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring acquisitions comply with purchasing guidelines. The position requires anticipating and addressing challenges to secure complete, reliable, and timely datasets that support Zillow’s products.
You Will Get To:
Conduct monthly outreach to vendors to assess data availability and pricing.
Acquire assessment and tax data from various sources on a monthly basis.
Receive, track, and log source data in internal databases and Google Workspace.
Review source data for accuracy and verify alignment with related invoices.
Respond to tickets promptly to secure data replacements as needed.
Identify and address obstacles with vendors to obtain comprehensive datasets.
Adapt to new processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and goals.
Who you are
Experience in case management or account management.
Background in sourcing products from multiple suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective phone communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience in customer service, call centers, or managing challenging phone conversations is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
