The New Construction Sales Operations and Program Management Team is the central hub that orchestrates complex product or sales program launches by aligning multiple teams, organizing resources, fostering effective communication, and enabling the frontline to succeed. Come join us!Join our team! We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning and launch of complex new products and service offerings. This is a high-visibility role that leads the collaboration and work efforts across several functions and teams in order to achieve the objectives for some of the largest initiatives in the business.
About the role
As a New Construction Program Manager, you will work closely with strategy, product, and sales leadership to plan the launch and execution of new products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation that includes information about the project, timelines and task assignments, risk and dependency trackers, and communication plans. You will lead cross-functional working sessions to align on major project decisions and that individuals are completing tasks as planned. You will also help with frontline readiness by coordinating training sessions and frontline SOPS or other documentation. You are the glue that holds the project together by ensuring that everyone understands the bigger picture and their unique role in project success.
Responsibilities of this role Include:
- Coordinate implementation of product and process improvements and collaborate with partners to launch transformative programs at scale
- Own and maintain project documentation, including project overview and plans, schedules, risk and dependency trackers, communications plan, and RACI matrix.
- Hold individuals on the working team accountable to assigned tasks so that the project is making progress as scheduled.
- Navigate change in project scope as more information is uncovered, swiftly updating project plan and direction as needed.
- Become an expert in all the details of the program, acting as the go-to for questions and updates.
- Work with Sales teams and Sales Managers to prepare the frontline to understand and adopt new processes and products.
- Support operational requirements of the program by crafting process documentation or SOPS that inform the frontline on how to interact with the new product or service.
- Closely monitor success of project post-launch and send regular communications and updates to leaders.
Who you are
- You have a strong track record as a Program Manager in a tech environment, with at least 5+ years of experience managing large projects or programs.
- You have excellent project management skills, including an ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguous problems, and keep everyone on the same page.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment.
- You provide exceptional verbal and written communications, conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely to team members.
- You have a proven capacity to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and lead others through change.
- You are committed to operational excellence and delivering quality work
- You have a PMP Certification or equivalent project management education
