About the role

We are looking for a high energy, performance driven and customer obsessed leader with a proven record of delivering results, building trust and driving high engagement across frontline teams.

  • Support frontline leaders and the broader business by leading through change and driving frontline performance, business results and employee engagement

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of leaders, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive team performance as well as business growth

  • Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to oversee and execute upon projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion and overall organizational success

  • Identify training needs and opportunities for leaders, facilitating professional growth and skill development

  • Maintain open and effective communication channels within the team and with senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $77,000.00 - $123,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Results oriented leader with at least 3 years of proven success leading customer facing teams, preferably other leaders, through a focus on performance and employee engagement

  • Demonstrated potential in leading other leaders and ready to take on the challenge of guiding and mentoring a group of leaders to achieve organizational goals

  • Ability to grow and develop a team of frontline managers while maintaining a focus on the business and the organization’s success

  • A change leader who can drive performance through others in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, results driven environment

  • A proficient people leader with strong business acumen and operational leadership skills

  • A clear communicator and able to drive adoption to overall vision and daily changes not limited to products, team structure and performance metrics

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
