The Frontline Marketing team ensures that Zillow’s Sales and Service teams possess comprehensive knowledge of our products, programs, and brand. Leveraging our expertise in both product and marketing, we design, create and implement tailored content, training and enablement programs.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Content Designer to join the Frontline Marketing team to visually bring product and program storytelling to life, in alignment with brand standards. In this role, you will be responsible for conceiving, pitching, and designing PowerPoint/Google presentations, one-pagers, and sales brochures, infographics, charts, and other visual assets to support Sales and Service teams in buyer and customer conversations. Additionally, you will create video briefs, oversee storyboards, and manage various aspects of visual content production.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling: Bring product and program storytelling to life visually, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

  • Creative Design: Conceptualize, pitch, and design infographics, charts, and other visual assets to support program and product launches.

  • Video Production: Create video briefs, develop storyboards for visual content creation and produce animated or live video for internal and external use.

  • Design Production: Design PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and sales brochures that adhere to brand guidelines.

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in content design, graphic design, creative video and editing or related roles.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) or similar design tools and Google Suite

  • Experience translating business concepts into engaging infographics, illustrations, animations, and other visual content.

  • Experience in designing sales presentations, one-pagers, and brochures in support of sales process.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and design work.
