About the role

The ShowingTime+ Broker Development team is a new enterprise sales team that sells ShowingTime+’s emerging product suite to the top brokers and franchisors in North America. This role is responsible for the following high-level items:

1. Grow revenue by selling the suite of ST+ products and services directly to the nation’s largest brokerages and franchisors across North America.
2. Protect existing revenue by identifying threats and building thoughtful strategies to retain customers.

3. Build affinity and positive relationships with these top real estate organizations across North America to upsell and increase revenue over time.

You are an early entrant of this new software group within the premier real estate brand in the US. We will move fast, be scrappy, and get creative to obtain our goals. We will have the support and visibility of the larger executive team within ZG.

You Will Get To:

  • Be the senior relationship manager with top brokers and franchisors across North America for ShowingTime+ and the broader ZG product set where appropriate, such as Premier Agent.
  • Handle and build new relationships with 50-100 accounts.
  • Sell all ShowingTime+ products, services, and its mission to this customer segment.
  • Master product details in order to strategically sell into these companies. Find opportunities to sell the right product at the right time.
  • Sell directly to brokers and franchisors within a defined book of business.
  • Speak at events where appropriate to build brand affinity and increase sales.
  • Overcome and turn-around negative industry sentiment into positive selling environment.
  • Surface intel from the field about threats to existing MLS data partnerships that risk broker product adoption. Strategize with internal teams and leverage relationships to counteract threats.
  • Handle high-level escalations within brands.
  • Able to travel up to 25%
This role has been categorized as a Field position. “Field” employees perform the majority of their work in a specified geographic location set by their management team. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications regarding time commitment and cost of daily commute.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $127,100.00 - $203,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Known within the industry with strong broker and franchisor relationships.
  • Proven experience working within the real estate landscape specifically with brokers and franchisors.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage and franchisor business models and how to sell into them.
  • Strong communicator who can control a meeting room of multiple real estate executives
