About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive and become a key player in boosting our top-line revenue through the acquisition of Premier Agent partners. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to introduce, educate, engage, and inspire Real Estate Professionals with our cutting-edge Premier Agent Platform. Sales Executives play a pivotal role in acquiring new Premier Agent partners by strategically conducting high-volume cold calls and utilizing our internal sales tools to drive growth and meet revenue targets. We are seeking individuals with tenacity, a strong work ethic, and proven closing skills to excel in this remote position. While this is a remote position, there will be occasional travel required. This role requires the collection, storage, and use of your voiceprints (records of speech).

  • Advise prospective customers on our products, systems and processes to drive revenue growth and acquire new Premier Agent partners.

  • Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new accounts. You will make around 100 outbound cold calls daily.

  • Engage potential Premier Agent partners with a high level of business acumen, utilizing virtual meeting platforms like Zoom to present Premier Agent products.

  • Consistently exceed assigned sales quotas and activity metrics on a monthly basis.

  • Establish yourself as an industry authority in the competitive real estate marketing landscape.

  • Skillfully conduct sales presentations via Zoom, including product demonstrations, consultative program recommendations, and satisfying ROI explanations, all while demonstrating an authentic desire for the partner to meet their professional goals.

  • Expertly navigate sales tools and programs, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, and Microsoft Office.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $23.70 - $37.90 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a full-cycle, B2B inside sales role, with a track record of closing a large amount of transactional sales on a monthly basis.

  • Eager to conduct a high volume of daily outbound cold calls with a goal-oriented and determined approach.

  • Self-sufficient and resourceful - you have a proven track record operating successfully in an autonomous work environment.

  • Inherently driven to achieve excellence, consistently surpassing sales targets and performing at a top level month after month.

  • You can articulate a unique value proposition effectively and overcome initial indifference or objections in client interactions through active listening and problem-solving.

  • You demonstrate exceptional sales integrity by conducting business with honesty, transparency, and ethical approaches.
