About the role

As a Partner Operations Program Manager on our team, you will help operationalize product features, execute on go-to-market plans, and drive performance improvement across our partner network. Some examples of what you can expect:

  • Analyze existing processes and develop new templates, tools, and playbooks to drive operational efficiency and success

  • Develop operational processes that support product expansion to new partners and customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on appropriate assumptions and market characteristics

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define and execute go-to-market plans.

  • Work closely with Zillow Premier Agents and teams who use Zillow products that focus on building relationships between home sellers, Premier Agents, and Zillow services.

  • Keep programs on track by communicating with stakeholders, managing partners (both internal and external), identifying dependencies, surfacing risks and help needed, identifying mitigation plans, and communicating progress against goals.

  • Provide clear, concise, and appropriate communication to management, business partners, and peers across the business

  • Play an active role in regular rhythm-of-business processes, such as quarterly and annual planning, monthly business reviews, and goal/OKR tracking

  • Expand and scale our products and services

  • Exercise significant personal discretion in the strategy and implementation of net-new business practices that serve internal and external customers and partners.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $87,000.00 - $139,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • A strong track record as a Program Manager in a tech environment, with 5+ years of experience

  • Strong project management skills; ability to independently manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguous problems, align business partners, and hold partners accountable for deliverables

  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and SQL proficiency preferred

  • Data-oriented and hypothesis-driven; comfortable structuring tests to learn and using findings to iterate and scale programs

  • Flexibility in both thinking and working: when the current path is blocked, you find a way through or around it.

  • Clear and concise communication across a broad range of partners and stakeholders.
