About the role

The role of the Senior Account Manager (SAM) is to mentor, retain and drive growth with the top listing agents and teams applying the Listing Showcase product for ShowingTime+ (ST+). SAM’s are required to lead and drive product adoption with a book of business, attend In-Market events, retain, renew and upsell existing individual customers, small teams or brokerages using the Listing Showcase product. The role requires a growth mindset, high level work ethic, and a consultative approach.

You Will Get To:

  • Serve as an advisor for Listing Showcase customers in your book of business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including listing token usage, revenue goals and retention expectations
  • Conduct business reviews of assigned customers to assess their marketing efforts, listing forecast and sell side operations as it relates to both applying the Listing Showcase on active listings and providing great experiences to potential and prospective sellers.
  • Be a data driven partner: regularly conduct return on investment analysis for Listing Showcase customers in order to better understand how to use the product to drive top of funnel seller opportunities and win more listings.
  • Regularly travel in-market and conduct video consultations with Showcase customers to coach on driving seller opportunities through marketing tactics and strategies. (Minimum of 25% travel required for this role)
  • Continuously identify and recommend areas to improve efficiency and communicate cross functionally with our internal partners, sales managers, leadership teams and peers within the ShowingTime+ team.
  • Sell side expertise is hyper-important, and you will become a guide in real estate listing forecasts and trends, competitive landscape and how to drive success with the Listing Showcase product.
  • Apply the ShowingTime+ tech stack to monitor and execute your business efficiently and effectively.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $35.15 - $56.20 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 4-7 years of sales, account management, customer success or relationship/partner management experience.

  • A consistent track record of success in a rapidly growing sales environment
  • Experience running a book of business and consulting business owners to deliver return on investment
  • Previous success driving product usage in a consumption based sales environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills internally and externally.
  • Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Student of the game. SAM's need to consistently be up to speed on all things ShowingTime+, real estate, relationship management and operational excellence.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience in real estate media, tech, software, advertising and/or consumption-based businesses preferred.
  • SAAS/PAAS experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree preferred
