We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Head of Europe / Outsourcing Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This critical role will be instrumental in overseeing the operational and strategic implementation for our Belgium entities, ensuring robust financial crime controls, meticulous reporting, and comprehensive compliance across the region. Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Europe / Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Financial Crime & Compliance Oversight: Leading the implementation of financial crime controls and ensuring the preparation of accurate financial reports, robust risk management, and proactive compliance activities for Zepz Belgium Entities.
- Internal Audit & Operations: Conducting internal audit reviews and managing other essential operational activities required for the efficient management of the Zepz Belgium Entities' business.
- Strategic Implementation: Ensuring the implementation of Zepz Belgium Entities' strategy in strict adherence to policies and procedures set by the local Board of Directors and at a group level.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Holding direct line managerial responsibility for ensuring compliance and high performance in tasks related to delegated matters, including the timely preparation of financial, regulatory, and statutory reports.
- Decision-Making Authority: Exercising authority to make decisions within the established group delegation of authority framework and any express limits granted by the Board of Directors.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in a senior operational, compliance, or risk management role within the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to European markets.
- Strong expertise in implementing financial crime controls, preparing financial/regulatory reports, and conducting internal audit reviews.
- Demonstrable experience in managing outsourced operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance and strategic implementation within a regulated entity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and ensure adherence to performance and compliance standards.
