Build something people love
Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining what it means to manage your money. Using smart technology, we take financial services that are often confusing and expensive and make them transparent and low-cost for everyone. We’re the largest fintech company in Canada, with 3+ million users who trust us with more than $100 billion in assets. And we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for someone who thinks big, sweats the small stuff and keeps things simple. You’ll join a high-bar, fast-paced team where people are trusted to own their work, communicate openly, and ship things that improve our clients’ lives. Collaboration, humility, and an obsession over quality are how we get stuff done.

  • Collaborate across teams—including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering—to support high-priority initiatives.
  • Translate investor needs into data models and analyses that inform key business decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, ensuring our investment products remain competitive and innovative in the retail wealth management space.
  • Take ownership and deliver results—we believe in shipping fast and learning along the way.
  • Work remotely, from anywhere in Canada (our offices are in Toronto, but we are a remote-first workforce).

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial markets and investment research, possessing strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Analytically strong—you leverage data to drive insights and strategy.
  • A creative, independent problem solver—you find solutions where others see roadblocks.
  • An effective communicator—you articulate ideas clearly and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and resilient—you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Committed to continuous learning—you welcome feedback and actively seek growth opportunities.
  • A team player—you’re passionate about helping those around you succeed.
