  • Continuously evolve our recruiting practices based on data driven metrics so we can scale effectively, while upholding and strengthening our culture and creating the environment for people to do their best work

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner closely with leaders across all teams, including Engineering, Data, Product, Design, Marketing, G&A and other departments to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
  • Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between the recruitment team and business leaders to ensure alignment and responsiveness to changing needs

  • Build, mentor, and empower a world-class Talent Acquisition team, focusing on performance, professional growth and development
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruiting team

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with demonstrated ability to set strategic vision and lead teams through periods of rapid growth
  • Strong experience in building, coaching, and empowering leaders and teams, preferably within a high-growth fintech company
  • Exceptional analytical, data driven, and prioritization skills; with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
