What you will do:
As a People Development Intern, you will support our team across a variety of tasks and projects, including:
- Monitoring and managing various training programs and e-learning platforms such as coaching, mentoring, sponsorship programs, language training, and Notion.
- Supporting the coordination and execution of both virtual and in-person training initiatives: scheduling, sending invitations, liaising with vendors, and handling logistical arrangements.
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of internal communications managed by the department.
- Actively participating in ongoing team activities and contributing to new initiatives that may arise in our dynamic daily operations.
Who you are:
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field, with the ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
- A proactive, detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and providing excellent internal client service.
- High level of English (this is a global role).
- Comfortable with digital tools and curious about new ways of working, including the integration of AI in the workplace.
You Can Impress With These Additions:
- Previous experience in Learning & Development projects.
- Previous experience in Internal Communication initiatives
- Experience using AI tools in academic or professional settings.
