  • Help evolve the Tripadvisor brand identity and build upon guidelines to ensure intent and values are expressed across our products and channels.
  • Communicate a point of view on design trends; actively bring references to the team
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure the work is cohesive and pushes the brand forward

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience—a mix of working in-house at a brand or agency experience is preferred
  • An industry-leading portfolio that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression
  • Exceptional visual design chops, with an expert eye and appreciation for photography, typography, composition, layout, color, and a pixel-level attention to detail
  • Experience with building or maintaining design systems
  • Ability to communicate creative concepts and articulate solutions to project stakeholders
  • Ability to use insights and research to inform design choices
  • Design experience working across a range of channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma
  • Motion design and video skills are a plus

What We Offer

  • Flexible activity-based working fostered collaboration and productivity
  • Inclusive global travelers community welcoming diverse perspectives
  • Competitive salary package including performance bonuses and equity plan
  • Development programs, managerial courses, and learning series
  • Health insurance covers medical, dental, and vision for families (varies by country)
  • Lifestyle Reimbursement Benefit for personal travel, and physical, mental, and financial wellness
  • Several paid time off programs, including time to bond with new children and care for family members. Paid public holidays, and year-end office shutdown
  • Employee assistance program for short-term counseling and free Calm app subscription
  • State-of-the-art offices: dining, coffee points, and leisure areas

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $165,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
