WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As part of the Office Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring that both our office operations and IT setup run smoothly. You will help create an environment where our employees can do their best work. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day office operations at our London location, ensuring a smooth and well-organized workplace
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all office- and IT related topics for employees and external partners
  • Managing IT equipment
  • Providing first-level IT support to employees and coordinating with external IT service providers when needed
  • Supporting IT onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating vendors and service providers (i.e. office supplies, cleaning)
  • Supporting the planning and execution of small internal events and onsite activities
  • Handling general administrative and organizational tasks
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve office and IT processes and independently taking ownership of tasks and initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a strong ownership mindset, take responsibility, and enjoy being hands-on
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple topics at once
  • You have a solid technical understanding and feel comfortable handling IT-related tasks (no developer background required)
  • You enjoy working onsite and being a visible point of contact for the team
  • You are fluent in English
  • Ideally, you have experience using tools such as Google Workspace (G Suite)
