WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Talent Retention team, our mission is to build a high-performance culture by designing, building and implementing scalable people products & processes, in order to empower our employees and leaders to cultivate high talent density.

You will play a vital role in our Talent Retention team, providing critical support to our People Partners. This includes helping with key projects and daily operations that directly impact our employee experience and organizational success. Your work will help shape a culture that not only attracts but also retains the best people in the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Employee Lifecycle: You will provide essential support for our core employee lifecycle processes — from seamless onboarding and offboarding to managing day-to-day changes
  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: You will assist in the coordination, documentation, and follow-up of our key People Partner projects and initiatives. This is your chance to see how high-impact talent strategies are planned and executed
  • Help Optimize Processes: You will be the go-to person for our internal administrative and organizational tasks. You will take ownership of smaller processes and help us continuously improve our team’s operational excellence
  • Assist with Data and Analytics: You will help us gather and prepare data, and collect feedback on the effectiveness of our talent tools. Your support is vital to providing the insights our team needs to make data-driven decisions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A strong academic background in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A passion for People & Culture topics and a clear motivation to gain hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
