WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Join our Creative Team at Trade Republic – made up of designers, art directors, motion designers, video editors, and copywriters working closely with the wider marketing team on all brand and marketing touchpoints.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong design skills, great attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You’ll support the development and execution of creative assets across all paid and owned marketing channels, helping us to bring our brand to life with clarity and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Execution: Design, develop, and execute campaign assets end-to-end, working across digital, print, video, and social media
- Product Marketing & UI Integration: Collaborate closely with product marketing to translate app UI into compelling marketing assets. Manage and organize screen flows across languages, ensuring accurate representation of product features. You’ll keep workflows smooth and coordinate stakeholders to deliver high-quality creatives at scale
- Visual Identity & Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Trade Republic's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and channels
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 2 years experience at a tech company or creative agency.
- An absolute hands-on mindset with strong execution skills, eager to take end-to-end ownership of projects and create visual assets that drive measurable impact.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and showcases successful (digital) campaigns, ideally for international audiences or brands. UX/UI experience is a plus.
- A highly organized individual with exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of top-quality assets.
- Openness to learning, a problem-solver mentality, a thirst for knowledge and the proactive drive to evolve your professional skills while keeping up with current social media trends
- A creative who is receptive to feedback from stakeholders and performance data insights from other marketing units
