WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Regulatory Reporting and Financial Risk Management Platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Become the ultimate owner of our Financial Risk Analytics and Regulatory Reporting solutions, taking care of them from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, engineering team management, tracking performance and business impact
• Analyze data to find the right problems to solve, and breaking solutions down into smaller executable chunks that deliver value
• Understand your user and existing state-of-the-art solutions, and create a compelling product vision and roadmap
• Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations managers, and interact Finance, Risk & Compliance, Data, and Legal teams to craft solutions that will delight our users and provide value to the business and in the extension our customers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Background in Banking, more specifically Finance, Treasury or Financial Risk Management
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience of building and leading teams working with risk management from a Treasury, Capital Markets or Finance perspective
• Have been working with Regulatory reporting, OR understanding its connection to financial risk management
• Experience in successfully working in and leading teams of Analytic Engineers, Data Scientists or Quants
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory reporting requirements, and financial regulations (e.g. Basel II, III, IV, MiFiR et al)
• Strong Build vs Buy mentality - we are builders at heart
