WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own the full recruitment cycle for a dedicated Engineering sub-function (Backend, SRE, Mobile, Web, Data), including sourcing, coordination, offer management and pre-onboarding
• Maintain consistently high expectation standards by steering interview panelists throughout the process to hire top-tier talent
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Ensure clean and up-to-date recruitment data in our ATS, enabling informed, data-driven hiring decisions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to juggle a large pipeline of candidates seamlessly
• Strong communication skills and business acumen - able to confidently engage with both Tech hiring managers and candidates
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Willingness to host candidates for onsite interviews on 4–5 days per week
