WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Maintain and develop the procurement workflow in JIRA, ensuring seamless operations and driving process improvements. (JIRA experience is a hard requirement.)
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline vendor sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Support the end-to-end procurement process, including creating RFPs, evaluating bids, and coordinating vendor selection with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring favorable terms in collaboration with Finance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, including contracts and purchase orders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in procurement, with strong familiarity in managing workflows within JIRA.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and consistency in procurement documentation and processes.
• A proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bonus: Background in consumer tech or financial services.
