The Business Operations Department is in charge of “running” the bank. We are ensuring that all operational tasks are accurately processed and constantly streamlined in order to support Trade Republic's steady growth. We set up, implement, and automate new processes as ground-breaking features are continuously introduced.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring that we meet our regulatory and tax obligations and manage risk effectively. If you are looking for a dynamic and engaging role, this could be the perfect job for you.


  • Support in creating and submitting regulatory and tax reports to regulators
  • Ensure our data quality by performing quality assurance controls and reconciliations
  • Be responsible for the management and optimization of our process descriptions and manuals for workstreams
  • Make sure that our post-trading customer experience is best in class by resolving escalated customer inquiries


  • Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach and outstanding analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in banking/investment firm/tax regulations
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledge, familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and advanced level in German language are required, additional languages can be helpful
  • Berlin-based or willingness to relocate to Berlin
