Our Performance Management and Tooling team ensures that efficiency and customer satisfaction become a reality through automation and data. The team works on a wide range of projects from defining our general system architecture to optimisation of individual processes.

  • Review and elevate our current infrastructure of Customer Service tools to improve scalability and break down silos between internal functions
  • Advise on and support the design and implementation of processes in Customer Service boosting automation, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Design and maintain a flexible permission framework for a diverse set of Operations tools
  • Set up end-to-end monitoring of customer related processes
  • Troubleshoot in case customizations break down and further improve our system from your learnings
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams and interact with internal stakeholders from all departments including Product/ Engineering, Operations, Legal/ Compliance, Customer Service
  • Drive strategic decisions by independently collecting, preparing and analyzing information on internal and external processes and manage projects that are crucial for Trade Republic’s growth
  • Further develop your data analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management and leadership skills

  • You have graduated from a top-tier university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Informatics / Computer Science
  • You have around 3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
  • You have experience with administration and customization of Zendesk
  • You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data to support your decisions
  • You can break complex problems into smaller ones and are able to draw clear conclusions and formulate efficient action plans
  • You have good knowledge of Python and experience building automations in a professional environment
  • You develop guidelines and standard operating procedures for all business processes - your job is not done until it’s documented
  • You understand business requirements for internal processes and define and implement the required infrastructure to support automation
