As a Sr. Financial Analyst at Strava, you will work on the Finance team to support our company’s rapid and sustained growth. The role will be essential in scaling the capacity of our team to keep pace with the growth of the company overall. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills and experience that will serve as the basis for a career in Finance in the tech industry.

We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half your time on-site in our San Francisco office— three days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Build financial models: work on revenue and expense forecasting.

  • Monitor business performance: partner with other departments and teams to monitor business trends to report out to the management team and overall company.

  • Work on financial reporting: partner with the accounting team to provide internal and external financial reporting materials.

  • Play a key role in preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and other critical meetings.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

  • 3+ years experience in professional services or FP&A (investment banking, private equity, consulting) preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides.

  • Excellent communication and written skills.

  • Experience with SQL, data visualization, accounting ERP, and FP&A systems a plus.
