  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.

  • Have the opportunity to participate in various other special projects across the People Team.

  • Support more complex employee lifecycle scenarios by coordinating next steps, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and escalating appropriately when needed.

  • Serve as front-facing People Ops representative by presenting bi-weekly updates at Strava All Hands meetings.

  • Provide thoughtful, empathetic support to employees while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and organization.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve People Ops processes and workflows.

  • You’ve supported onboarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle events, and are familiar with HR compliance basics.

  • You’re highly organized and detail oriented, with a track record of creating or improving HR workflows that increase efficiency.

  • You’ve taken ownership of at least one cross-functional People Ops project—whether building a new process, implementing a tool, or improving a system—and can speak to the impact it had on the employee or team experience.

  • You have proficient-to-advanced experience using HR tools such as Workday (or similar HRIS), Ashby (ATS), and can navigate spreadsheets or dashboards with ease.
