THE ROLE

As a Deal Desk Manager you will ensure operational excellence across our commercial processes, customer master data, and deal execution.

This role combines deal desk operations, CRM data governance, and light HubSpot administration. You will be responsible for the accuracy of customer records, deal information, and contract data, and for ensuring our CRM remains a reliable “source of truth” for Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.

You will manage day‑to‑day configuration changes in HubSpot that do not require coding, API calls, integrations, or architectural design, those remain owned by our Systems team.

Your Mission:

  • Validate deal accuracy across pricing, products, terms, billing, and contract data, ensuring readiness for approval.
  • Manage end-to-end deal approval workflows across Finance, RevOps, Legal, and Leadership, enforcing commercial guardrails and pricing policies.
  • Ensure smooth deal progression through the sales funnel, including forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and adherence to approval matrices.
  • Own deal, customer, and contract data integrity across the CRM, maintaining strong data governance and compliance standards.
  • Partner with Finance to enable clean handoffs for invoicing, revenue recognition, renewals, and reporting.
  • Audit, reconcile, and continuously improve data quality across deals, accounts, contacts, and contracts, including de-duplication and remediation.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor deal hygiene, data quality, and operational performance.
  • Manage light CRM (HubSpot) administration, including fields, workflows, automation, permissions, and configuration governance.
  • Intake, prioritize, and deliver operational requests from Sales, CS, Finance, and internal stakeholders based on SLAs and business impact.
  • Document and maintain processes, SOPs, data standards, and operational playbooks to ensure consistent execution.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Clean, reliable customer, contract, and deal data across the CRM
  • Accurate and compliant deal submissions with minimal rework
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Reliable day-to-day HubSpot operations supported by clear governance and timely execution
  • Accurate, actionable reporting and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Reduced data issues and strong readiness for audits and reviews

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2–4 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role
  • Strong experience working with customer master data and contract data
  • Hands‑on knowledge of CRM processes, data standards, and commercial workflows
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (or other similar CRM tools) including basic configuration (properties, workflows, lists, reports)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work within established operational processes and SLAs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal
  • Comfortable supporting both day‑to‑day operations and recurring data quality routines
  • Nice to have: experience supporting subscription‑based or SaaS commercial models #LI-Remote
