What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualise performance, trends, and delivery progress
- Own weekly portfolio reporting—highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities
- Support planning cycles and help drive operational discipline across our roadmap
- Collaborate with Initiative Owners, Program and Road Managers to track delivery
- Drive improvements in our planning, reporting, and governance processes
- Step in for the Senior Manager when needed, representing the team in strategic discussions

- Balance high-level systems thinking with operational details
- Collaborate easily across teams & locations
- Using Tableau for impactful data visualization to drive business impact
- Project/program support, operating models, & resource planning
- Leveraging tools like Jira for visibility & performance
- Connecting insights to drive decisions
- Navigating ambiguity to provide clarity for leaders
- Creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly planning processes
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in London
