Job Description

OVERVIEW:

Sportradar is seeking an enthusiastic, independent, proactive, self-starter to join the Global Sales Operations team. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing meaningful qualitative and quantitative reports for Sales, Global Sales Operations, and Senior Management. The role requires the successful candidate to have a good understanding about Sales, Sales Incentivisation, Accounting, and Controlling. This role is reporting to the Manager Sales Reporting & Commissions.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Sales Commission Plan:
    • Work on regular improvements of the Commission Plan following the latest requirements of the business
    • Provide valuable input on how Sales incentivisation can be made more efficient
    • Use available data in order to analyse current Sales incentivisation schemes and efficiency
    • Manage and execute the commission calculation on a quarterly base
    • Keep management updated on commission developments and trends
    • Coordinate with Finance on the quarterly sales commission payout execution
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Prepare, maintain, and analyse sales pacing reports and forecasts:
      • for the members of the Sales Organization
      • for commission calculation purposes
    • Ensure accurate reporting of all Sales pacing data
    • Coordinate internally with the following teams: CRM, Finance, BI on further developing and improving the sales pacing report infrastructure; including efficiency reviews in order to keep lean and easy processes for reporting
    • Analysis of key sales data trends and KPIs. Highlight positive and negative trend deviations concerning sales KPIs

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2+ years in an sales incentivisation role
  • University degree (BSc) with a business administration or economic background
  • Wider knowledge on sales incentivisation schemes and methodolgy
  • Advanced excel skills with the ability to organise, consolidate and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Confident presenter of deeper analytics as a report with Word, Powerpoint or Excel
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM and/or Microsoft PowerBI knowledge
  • Self-motivation and commitment to high quality work
  • A team player with strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude
  • Work effectively under pressure
  • Understanding of databases and IT processes
  • Fluent in English, German or other language skills are positive but not mandatory
