Our division “Sportradar Ad;s” is providing data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services.
THE ROLE:
In this exciting role, you will be helping our clients optimize and elevate their programmatic advertising campaigns. Moreover, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your expertise with our proprietary Demand Side Platform (DSP), gaining valuable experience and learning new skills with cutting-edge technology. The team is primarily based in Vienna and consists of a diverse group of international experts with different background and expertise, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Take ownership of programmatic campaigns from day one, managing and optimizing them for success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in programmatic advertising.
- Develop senior-level relationships with key client operational teams, taking full responsibility for programmatic operations, including insight sharing, reporting, and managing client operational team, driving growth.
- Consult with clients on the best programmatic strategies, leveraging your knowledge of DSP capabilities to create intelligent, data-driven plans.
- Collaborate closely with our Client Partner team to provide deep programmatic expertise and enhance client relationships.
- Educate clients about emerging programmatic opportunities.
- Work with product teams to share client feedback and help optimize our products from a client-centric perspective.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side – DSP experience is essential, regardless of the tech stack.
- Experience in client-facing positions, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimisation, with a deep understanding of programmatic trading fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Management, ad tracking technologies, ad servers, and conversion tracking.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to rationalise and explain decisions using data and evidence-based strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience in an agency or consultative environment or in iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later a Case Study with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
- Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and tour our local office for a final meet and greet.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
