The People Unit drives the development of industry-leading people strategies, with a strong focus on the future of work. As a forward-thinking function, it is dedicated to attracting, engaging, and empowering top talent to fuel growth and innovation at the intersection of sports and technology. One of the teams inside People Unit is People Advisory. Our Global People Advisory team supports the full employee journey—from onboarding and payroll to mobility and HR policies—while bringing global People initiatives to life locally. We foster culture and values, ensure compliance with local laws, and offer hands-on guidance to managers and employees across the business.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations, supporting both employees and visitors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with local leadership to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Own and develop the entire employee life cycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize office operations and procedures to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide general support to visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Order and manage stationery, furniture, and equipment supplies.
  • Report invoices in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage payroll and employees’ contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date and adhered to.
  • Assist the HR function by keeping personnel records current and accurate.
  • Partner with local leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize local events and CSR activities, supporting initiatives such as Pride and Women in Tech at the local level.
  • Own and develop processes across the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a people-focused environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting both employees and visitors.
  • You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
  • You possess knowledge of employment law and workplace regulations, enabling you to support compliance and best practices in office administration.
