ABOUT US:
We’re looking for a hands-on Workday expert to own and lead Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking. You’ll shape solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment, and make sure they work seamlessly across HR, Payroll, and the business. Alongside your core expertise, you’ll bring experience in other Workday SKUs we’ve rolled out—such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Peakon, or Adaptive.
THE CHALLENGE:
Lead configuration and implementation of Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
Translate business needs into scalable, best-practice Workday solutions.
Run projects from requirements to go-live and ongoing support.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning other Workday modules.
Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities across the platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Must have:
5+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
Proven expertise in all three modules: Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
Hands-on experience with at least one additional Workday SKU (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Peakon, Adaptive).
Strong skills in Workday security and custom report writing.
A track record of leading implementations and influencing stakeholders.
Clear, confident communication with both technical and business teams.

Additional Information
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
