ABOUT US:
Sportradar is the global leader in leveraging the power of sports data to enhance media solutions, power sportsbook operations, and to protect sports integrity. Sportradar is currently seeking a high-performing Staff Accountant to support its growing US business.
This individual will be responsible for supporting the US accounting activities of the organization. The candidate will possess knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS principles as well as a solid background in Sarbanes-Oxley.
The role is based in Minneapolis or New York City, with some US and international travel required.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Proactive P&L analysis and cost control
- Provide technical expertise regarding accounting transactions
- Perform ongoing financial control functions in accordance with the Sportradar internal control policies
- Support of the annual audit process including walkthroughs and evidence gathering for external auditors and the group accounting department
- Assist with various ad-hoc accounting projects and analysis as needed
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus
- 2-3 years of increasing accounting experience, preferably working with Microsoft Dynamics

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
- Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and tour our local office for a final meet and greet.
- Finals Steps: Receive feedback and, if successful, an offer!
Pay Range: $70k - $80K

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
