Our division “Sportradar ad:s” is providing data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services.
THE CHALLENGE:
In this exciting role, you will be helping our clients optimize and elevate their programmatic advertising campaigns. Moreover, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your expertise with our proprietary Demand Side Platform (DSP), gaining valuable experience and learning new skills with cutting-edge technology.
The team is primarily based in Vienna and consists of a diverse group of international experts with different background and expertise, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What your day will usually look like:
Begin building expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns from day one.
Take full ownership of day-to-day campaign management and optimization following the training period.
Serve as the primary client contact in programmatic advertising with guidance from managers and internal teams.
Develop relationships with client operational teams, including insight sharing, reporting, and managing client operational team.
Assist internal teams to create intelligent data-driven programmatic plans tailored to client needs.
Drive innovation by proposing new ideas, processes, and enhancements to service offerings, planning, and trading toolkits.
Work with product teams to share client feedback and help optimize our products from a client-centric perspective.
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Foundational knowledge of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPI, Impressions and so on).
Experience in Programmatic Advertising or Digital Marketing (such as Social Media, Search, or E-Commerce) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong passion for problem-solving and digital media.
Analytical mindset with the ability to rationalize and explain decisions using data and evidence-based strategies.
Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

- Case study: A home case study, to further asses your knowledge.
- Final Interview: Final interview with the wider team with a presentation of your solutions and an open discussion around it.

We keep it simple and aim to wrap up the process within 3 weeks.
Additional Information
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
