Position summary:

Sojern is seeking a Sales Manager experienced in SaaS and digital advertising. This role involves scaling Sojern’s Guest Experience Solutions and Hotel Media Solutions segments, including AI Concierge, Reputation Manager, and Guest Marketing Suite. Responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, nurturing, and closing new business, as well as developing and growing assigned territories. (Italy being the main market) The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and the ability to drive growth and adoption of Sojern's solutions.

What you will do:

  • Build and scale your book of business by identifying and engaging with qualified Hotel and Guest Experience Solutions prospects.
  • Engage these prospects through a high volume of outbound call and email activities.
  • Recommend advertising and guest experience solutions through a consultative sales approach, delivering persuasive presentations to demonstrate the value of Sojern.
  • Achieve monthly revenue quotas through new business acquisition.
  • Proficiently utilize Salesforce according to Sojern’s architecture and guidelines, with the ability to report on KPIs, including individual results.
  • Establish a proficient understanding of Sojern’s Travel Media Solutions.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvements around the sales process, tools, and efficiency.
  • Foster an energetic and collaborative team environment.

What you bring to the table:

  • Italian and English speaking
  • 3+ years of sales experience required (Preferred: SaaS experience and/or in the Hospitality Technology Industry)
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
  • Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn Digital Marketing (Programmatic Ads) and new technologies, and able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Must be comfortable and competent in communications with veteran sales managers and commercial leadership
  • Entrepreneurial spirited with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
  • Proficient use of Salesforce CRM, G Suite, and Office Products
