As a Sales Manager, you are a producing sales leader, whose main responsibility is to build a world-class sales team of 10-25 real estate agents that “wow” clients and consistently exceed Redfin sales targets. Your success is marked by your team's sales and market share growth while also fostering measurable employee and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example as a brand ambassador and customer advocate, spending approximately 20-30% of your time building your own real estate business and working with clients. About the Role
Put Customers First: You’ll proactively reach out to customers to build trust, loyalty and ensure consistent quality in service and champion agents. You’ll seek feedback, de-escalate problems, and take swift action to make things right.
Build The Best Team: You’ll actively recruit, hire, onboard and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents using internal tools, resources and programs to drive and measure success.
Drive Sales: You’ll inspire, coach and partner with agents to ambitiously build their Redfin business and empower your team to meet or exceed their goals.
Lead By Example: You’ll model expertise in market, property and contract knowledge, setting the highest standard for service while maintaining high close, attach, and loyalty rates.
About You
Active real estate license in the state where you’ll be working (required)
Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
Have closed 40 lifetime sales transactions/deals
2+ years of residential real estate sales experience with a strong grasp of real estate sales skills, contracts, negotiations, working with buyers and sellers, and building a sphere of influence.
1+ years of experience with direct or indirect experience leading, developing, or mentoring agents
Demonstrated track-record driving successful sales on your own and a track-record of driving agent productivity for others you’ve mentored or supported

The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
