The Principal Marketing (Digital Marketing) role owns the Xome digital acquisition and optimization strategy. This role drives traffic, engagement, and conversions across paid and owned channels through hands-on execution, analytics, and continuous testing.
About the role:
Own and execute digital marketing strategy across SEM, SEO, paid social, display, and CRO
Lead site and app analytics, translating performance data into clear business insights
Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B and multivariate testing
Create, optimize, and scale paid search and paid social campaigns
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting
Forecast performance trends, manage budgets, and report spend to finance
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, creative, analytics, and legal
Manage agencies and ensure best-practice execution across platforms
About you
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a data-driven environment
Proven ownership of digital programs from strategy through execution and reporting
Deep experience with paid media, CRO, and analytics
Strong testing mindset and comfort working with large data sets
Experience managing budgets and agencies
Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SEMRush and a burning desire to leverage cutting edge AI tools and platforms as new marketing strategies burst onto the scene!
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or paid social certifications
Experience in real estate, financial services, or eCommerce
Ability to tie marketing performance to revenue and customer LTV

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $62,250.00-$138,000.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
