As Lead Strategist, Insights and Inspiration, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and actionable insights to drive business growth and competitive advantage. Leveraging expertise in market analysis, consumer insights and strategic planning, you’ll be responsible for conducting thorough research, analyzing market trends, and providing innovative ideas that inspire our teams to create impactful solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the organization and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
About the role
Lead the creation of effective and pragmatic strategies, including marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, and cross-company initiatives, that are derived from an understanding of consumers, competitors & the industry
Conduct and support the quantification of gap analyses to identify addressable market opportunities, informing product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Develop and nurture partnerships with cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals
Champion the creation, optimization, socialization, and measurement of briefs and multimedia documents independently
Define socialization opportunities, utilizing primary research and secondary data
Craft and collaborate on inspirational stories and strategies with creative teams to enhance how information is consumed across the company
Be the voice of the Rocket Client to inspire trailblazing solutions and uphold inspirational values
Support the recommendation of strategic areas of focus, leveraging a big-picture perspective to inspire upcoming initiatives across the company
Translate consumer insights and data into compelling, actionable narratives that drive organizational action. Inform future consumer insights roadmaps by pointing to gaps in our knowledge
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Develop strategic recommendations and actionable insights based on data-driven analysis and research findings
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and innovation
About you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, market research, or a similar role.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with an ability to influence and lead across IMC with informal authority.
Expert analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders, including up through Sr Leadership.
Proven track record of driving business results through strategic planning and execution.
Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools, such as SPSS, R, or Power BI.
Expert in project management
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
