As a Post Close Resolution Specialist, you’ll resolve escalated post-closing issues, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth recording and issue resolution.

About the Role

• Efficiently manage client escalations throughout the post-closing process.
• Address diverse requests from multiple clients, loan types, partners, and recording jurisdictions.
• Log and manage physical documents within the document management system.
• Navigate and fulfill varying county and state requirements across a national platform.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate responses.
• Investigate delays and recording rejections, determining the best solutions to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to address and resolve escalated issues.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in a client focused role.
• Knowledge of Title, Mortgage and/or Real Estate industries.
• Demonstrated experience resolving issues, identifying trends, and implementing solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate closing transactions or land/property records.
• Demonstrated experience handling escalated client concerns.
• Knowledge of all applicable internal platforms.
