Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of client service representative experience
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Foundational knowledge of mortgage servicing industry
  • Knowledge of all applicable internal platforms

Job Summary

As an Associate Servicing Communication Specialist, you'll provide excellent client care in our inbound call center. These call types include, but are not limited to, payments, escrow and the general servicing of client loans. In this role, you will be expected to go through a series of trainings to expand your servicing knowledge and advance onto additional call topics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify patterns and trends that impact the client experience and communicate findings
  • Drive client experience by providing quality and timely support
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and training
  • Effectively communicate with all parties, both internal and external, using written and verbal communication methods that adhere to the company’s standard
  • Use critical thinking to appropriately diagnose and solution client needs around general and escalated loan servicing inquiries
  • Clearly and accurately document client communication in written form
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to each client setting the standard for excellence in the industry
  • Understand how the different teams in servicing impact the client experience and can change communication tactics based on the information received
  • Utilize real time resources to promptly identify effective solutions to provide a one call resolution
  • De-escalate clients by utilizing call skills such has actively listening, influencing, and persuasion
  • Provide technology navigation support
  • Expertly handle fee collection and recovery when applicable within the servicing lifecycle
