About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to be a key partner on our Sales team. You'll equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to provide outstanding value to customers. Your specific responsibilities will be tailored to your area of expertise so you can empower our sales professionals and contribute to our team's success in the best way possible.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing training programmes for the Sales team, from onboarding to ongoing professional development
  • Creating and maintaining a library of sales resources, including playbooks, battle cards, product guides, and pitch decks
  • Leading dynamic training sessions and workshops to ensure our sales reps are proficient and confident in their roles
  • Translating complex product features into clear, value-driven messaging tailored to different markets and customer segments
  • Crafting and executing communication plans for new product launches, process changes, and team initiatives
  • Gathering and synthesising frontline feedback to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement
  • Contributing to a data-driven approach that continuously enhances our enablement efforts and sales performance

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales training, or similar role within a fast-paced B2B or tech environment
  • Expertise in designing and developing a variety of sales enablement materials, including sales playbooks, product training, competitive battlecards, pitch decks, and e-learning modules
  • A solid understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle and methodologies, and how to apply these principles to a remote-first sales organisation
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration, such as Sana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product and sales topics for various sales roles
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and knowledge needs

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS
  • A portfolio of work samples demonstrating your sales enablement content
  • A degree in business, communications, education, or related field

Compensation range

  • Poland: PLN10,700 - PLN16,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
