About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Manager to support our crypto expansion in the UAE, focusing on technology risk, operational resilience, and regulatory readiness.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our crypto platforms operate in line with UAE regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Implementing and maintaining a technology and operational risk framework for crypto activities in the UAE
• Ensuring compliance with ICT regulations and requirements
• Supporting crypto licensing and regulatory engagement with local authorities (e.g., Central Bank of the UAE, VARA, DFSA, FSRA)
• Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the entity's committees, management bodies, and external authorities
• Assessing and enhancing the business continuity plan and performing operational resilience tests

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or tech architecture within financial services, fintech, crypto/digital assets, or a consultancy serving these industries
• Knowledge of the crypto/blockchain domain
• A solid understanding of technology governance, risk management, compliance, and operational resilience
• Knowledge of technology controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third-party services, and how those controls operate in practice
• Experience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies
• Impressive analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
