About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our world-class team and support the next phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in supporting credit functions and assessing the financial implications of strategic decisions and opportunities.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading strategic credit financial planning, prioritisation, and forecasting (e.g., monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget, and long-term plans)
- Driving financial modelling for credit features, optimising for ROE based on local and group requirements
- Supporting new credit initiatives from a finance perspective, including handling Q&A with regulators
- Setting KPIs for the Credit department and monitoring performance
- Developing insightful financial frameworks to improve performance of credit initiatives (e.g., revenue, margins, and profitability across countries, user segments, and products)
- Conducting scenario and in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making on market expansion
- Driving growth and assessing new product and regional opportunities, including business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and financial feasibility analysis
- Supporting high-impact projects for the CFO, such as corporate development
What you'll need
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in retail credit analysis or risk, private credit, or finance roles at a top-tier company
- Impressive complex financial modelling and data analysis skills using SQL and MS Excel
- A robust understanding of credit products, corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting standards
- At least a 2:1 degree in STEM, finance, or economics
- A track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
- A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other relevant industry certification, or MBA from a top-tier university
Nice to have
- Experience in a similar role (financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, etc.) in a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up
- Expertise in banking, credit, card payments, wealth and trading, crypto, and/or insurance
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
