We work across channels and teams to build a brand that earns attention and drives results, shaping how people see, understand, and engage with our products.
We’re looking for a Business Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth efforts in the UK and Ireland for Revolut Business. You’ll oversee local campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that drive growth and audience acquisition.
You’ll also partner with regional leadership and global Marketing team members to make sure every move we make resonates and performs.

What you'll be doing
- Owning your market, defining and executing full-funnel UK marketing plans, including growth channels and experiments, virtual and in-person field events, demand generation campaigns, etc.
- Identifying customer needs by deeply understanding Revolut Business customers and how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams
- Leading local marketing activations, ranging from case study creation to customer speaking engagements and community meetups
- Partnering with Product and Marketing teams to refine our targeting and messaging and produce compelling local content that drives demand from SMBs and enterprises in the UK and Ireland
- Tracking, measuring, and communicating results and day-to-day market performance to senior leadership, and seeking to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns to inform the go-to-market strategy
- Delivering campaigns with a bias towards growth and business impact
What you'll need
- A proven track record as a successful growth marketing manager, with 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- A startup, performance marketing mindset to turn influencer, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and owned channels into an engine of growth
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in the UK, covering ATL, BTL, demand generation, and partnerships
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology
- Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation, including deep knowledge of growth drivers
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, budget/ROI, and time constraints
- A demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and product development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to talk to anyone and work in a dynamic, international environment
Nice to have
- An understanding of the payments, financial technology, and/or e-commerce industries and partner ecosystems
- Experience in financial services, fintech, tech, or SaaS
