About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join our team and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory reporting obligations to Lithuanian authorities. You'll be improving our current processes and leading the implementation of new reporting requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Taking responsibility for the accurate production and timely submission of regulatory reports, including FinRep, PFI, PRDB, Balance of Payments, and other Lithuanian statistical reports
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Executing detailed quality checks and validation processes to ensure all submitted reports meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Assisting the team in staying current with regulatory updates (e.g., IReF, Basel IV, CRD IV, CRR III, BCBS 239)
- Developing processes that integrate new requirements into existing reports
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Data teams) to resolve data quality issues and ensure the reporting process aligns across different business functions
- Identifyingopportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency, and implementing process enhancements
- Establishing data controls and documentation standards for all reporting areas
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or other regulated financial services entity, or 4+ years of experience in a Big 4 (or similar environment) as a financial services consultant/auditor with a focus on relevant regulatory reporting
- Experience working with financial regulatory reporting for banks, in particular FinRep, AnaCredit, and balance sheet statistics/MFI
- Impressive analytical and numerical skills with a proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory text to operational reporting
- To be a self-starter and independent worker
- To be well organised with impeccable attention to detail, capable of meeting tight regulatory deadlines
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and regulatory policy
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting standard software (particularly Adenza/Axiom)
- Experience with software or IT platform change initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL
Compensation range
- Lithuania: €4,500 - €5,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
