About the role
Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Global Business team, with a focus on supporting Revolut’s next generation of physical product experiences and contributing directly to Revolut’s New Bets agenda. This means helping to build and scale entirely new product lines that sit outside our core offering, exploring ideas that can become the next multi-million customer proposition.

What you'll be doing
- Differentiating Revolut’s offering by identifying, proposing, and building new physical product experiences designed to increase engagement and improve profitability
- Helping shape and deliver the New Bets roadmap by evaluating new business lines, validating commercial potential, and driving early-stage execution
- Owning high-impact commercial relationships across the UK, EU, and globally, acting with full autonomy and accountability
- Working with external partners to create innovative physical touchpoints that complement and extend our digital ecosystem
- Collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Design teams to optimise performance and drive adoption
- Leading commercial negotiations to bring new experiences to millions of customers
- Conducting deep dives into complex problems, identifying root causes, and designing solutions that unlock step change improvements
What you'll need
- Experience in corporate development, consulting, BD, or a high-growth startup or scale-up
- A demonstrated ability to build, evaluate, and launch new business lines or products
- Solid project management skills, managing cross-functional work streams with speed and structure
- A blend of commercial instincts with genuine product obsession
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Great commercial judgement and interpersonal skills
- Natural curiosity, drive, and a bias for impact
