About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a results-oriented Tax Manager to lead the review and approval of product launches, support global expansion, and oversee the design and implementation of tax process control tools.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring the effective operation of the tax function across entities in the South Africa, and supporting new product launches
• Identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, and mitigating where possible
• Managing the provision of accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
• Implementing appropriate control frameworks and policies
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirements
• Building relationships with appropriate tax authorities, professional advisory firms, and various functional business heads to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues
• Providing advisory and tax input to group-wide projects
• Implementing and managing the local transfer pricing policy and methodology

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a qualified tax professional
• Extensive technical knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing
• A structural and logical approach to solving problems
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great people-management skills
• Experience advising on tax related to product launches
• To be highly motivated and focused on delivery

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services with international aspects
