About the role

The Credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk and portfolio management solutions. It's a big job, but our people are a credit to us all ✨

What you’ll be doing

  • Internal real estate valuation
  • Quality review of valuation reports submitted to the bank by external property valuation companies
  • Advising other bank departments on real estate and valuation-related matters
  • Collaborating with other bank departments on joint projects
  • Analysing the real estate market

What you'll need

  • Real estate valuer qualification
  • Professional experience
  • Good understanding of the specifics of the real estate market, legal regulations, and valuation standards
  • Ability to evaluate real estate promptly and professionally
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to summarize information
  • Ability to work in a team and independently plan your activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be quick, responsible, meticulous, proactive, and interested in innovations
  • Higher education degree
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,700 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
