About the role

Regulatory Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet regulatory requirements and translate this into the best possible customer outcomes.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Group Regulatory Compliance team. This is a role for someone ready to take on responsibility for supporting the global regulatory compliance function. You'll be responsible for supporting global reporting on compliance matters, and ensuring the infrastructure is in place to deliver compliant products and services to customers while safeguarding internal compliance responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying, overseeing, and providing advisory on regulatory compliance, conduct and culture risks across Revolut’s entities, and supporting the design and implementation of controls to manage these risks
  • Reporting on the regulatory and broader risk landscape, supporting the escalation of regulatory issues and regulatory compliance matters to senior leadership
  • Supporting the setup of new entities or the scaling of existing entities through the review of regulatory business plans and entity expansion controls
  • Leading and facilitating compliance forums, ensuring effective discussions, capturing key actions, and driving their successful execution to support regulatory compliance objectives

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, and or/ payment services, banking, consulting (financial services sector clients) and financial services
  • An understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, and or/ proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and deliver key milestones within large compliance projects
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of performing regulatory gap analysis, including experience in regulatory mapping and/or horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and ensure compliance across evolving regulatory landscapes
  • The ability to communicate positively, clearly, and concisely with members of various internal teams, including global Heads of Compliance and executive teams
  • Multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail
  • The ability to demonstrate sound judgement
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - able to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple, and easy to understand manner
  • A demonstrated passion for working at Revolut and driving impactful regulatory change to support the company’s innovative and forward-thinking vision.

Nice to have

  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools, leveraging data to track regulatory adherence
